This blog is about Maui and traveling to places both near and far.
I love stories about people and places that touch on traveling. I also enjoy the internet and blogs that provide unique views and personal experiences about a day trip to the beach, or an international travel adventure. From this perspective, I will be writing articles that I hope the readers enjoy.
I enjoy blogging, and traveling, but I wish my passport had more stamps. I have not done much traveling, in fact very little compared to most people. However, I have lived in a wide variety of places. From Maui, Hawaii -Lincoln, Nebraska -and Charleston South Carolina, my home address seems to change every 5 years.
In regard to Maui, well, it will always felt like a second home -so I plan to write a lot about the island, my adventures while living there and the changes; good and bad. Also, my parents own a condo at The Whaler. It was something they bought a long time ago. A little studio on the seventh floor overlooking Kaanapali Beach. They rent the unit when they are not there, but it is not in a rental pool or condo management program. They just rent the unit to people who contact them through the internet. So rental traffic is light, just the way they like it.
